were did you see nexon addressing that those 7 bad comments is the reason why they changed their support system? Those 7 people out of how many again playing maple? The special 7 are really getting the ball going! Doing a great job man! I wouldn't call this media pressure if the LA times has an article praising nexon and not bashing them. Not every company is going to get positive comments on their articles and the media knows that.
Your not at the meetings that nexon have and don't know if this change was on its way. Ever thought with blockparty coming out wouldn't they need to upgrade their support site?
