Follows a pretty standard build, seems fine to me. I actually like Hypnotize (though I wouldn't want more than level 1...) because it un-aggros mobs, and sometimes glitches. By glitch, I mean, the monster controlled sometimes becomes invincible and stays under your control forever; the only catch is that they stand in place, but still use magic.
In any case, I usually Hyp a stray mob, since it'd be a waste trying to kill a single skele. If hyp doesn't work once, then I move on, because it's not work hitting it over and over until it gets under my control. If it does get hit, I simply move on to other mobs. By the time I get back down, I most likely have a nice mob formed for me to kill.
