So i think we can now send tickets even if we have open ones.... one small step in the right direction.... one very...very...very... small step

Once the support site is brought back live, players will be able to access their currently open tickets, and create new tickets, but will not have access to previously closed tickets, as we migrate our ticketing system to a new solution.
