I'll check and then proceed too lvl up too 121 while doing the quest 
and then check it out (120 93.70%). At the moment I'm going 120: 1+ elemental boost 1+ air strike 1+wrath of the octipi 121: 1+ battleship 1+battleship cannon 1+ battleship torpedo proceed too max cannon if it comes 
then 21 torpedo 1 hypnotize and 20 bullseye. Thoughts ? And 6 hours is a long time so who knows ? I've also heard that some beholder skill of DrK's was glitched and snatch for buccaneers so that'll up skill quests on the importance scale
