Any recent hacked accounts from Southperry users?
Quote:It's funny that they're so successful when they consistently fail to address all issues regarding their games and constantly put all blame regarding their failures on the players.

They haven't taken responsibility for a massive security breach - keeping in mind that it's unclear where the data actually came from - but Nexon hasn't addressed the situation publicly or offered any compensation to the players effected, many of whom have lost real money. Nexon is an irresponsible company who is more concerned with making money than keeping their customers, most of whom are children, safe. In the midst of this 'crisis' they have continued pushing monetary sales on the players; presumably to make up lost revenue due to their negligence. This has been going on for THREE months.

This is a company who only responds to Better Business Bureau reports by faking sincerity but never changing just to keep their rating above a B.

This article may portray Nexon as a successful company, and in terms of income they are, but anyone who does a little more research into their failures in customer support, willingness to admit their mistakes, or making amends for their wrong-doings would find a goldmine of suffering and frustrated customers who did nothing wrong but play a game that have been shrugged off by corporate fat cats.

Nexon needs to make some serious changes to be worthy of this article
