It's from the KMS site. They're having some sort of event. Something about boxes dropping from monsters that award you with various things like elixirs (and Spadow says he even got a Chaos Scroll), but the most valuable being some sort of owl feather (hm, why an owl feather?), which can be used for a quest or kept until a certain date. If kept until that certain date, the feather turns into a different box, in which you have a chance of obtaining one of these blades from said box.
Well for one thing, that post was stupidly locked by a password some hours ago. Then deleted some time later.
Even reverse blades huh?
