A buyback option doesn't seem too farfetched to me. A few games in recent memory have had them and they were pretty useful.
Either that or one of those cart operations, where you sort out what you're going to sell and what you will buy [quantities specified] and then finalize the entire transaction with a click of your mouse. Includes a log at the end showing total meso spent/received.
