snipe cooldown reduces a MM damage to the same or lower than you using only rapid fire. thats right, i said rapid fire. canon makes you 2ce as strong as a MM.
let me trow out there some glitches that took months or even YEARS. puppet glitch took like 2 years to be fixed. MB dcing after we got 4th job took like 2 months, and this was a glitch that completely disabled a whole class from playing maple. agreed, there were like 12 archers in gms back then, but still all 12 of us got fucked in the ass. DB and blizzard been around since 4th job and it still is ignored by nexon.
i am in no way saying this is fair or nice, and i do hope they fix this since i would hate it if somehow they messed up the quest to get snipe even though it is relatively useless compared to canon. just saying that nexon likes to pretend pomegranate aint happening.
