Seriously though, I miss Toonami. CNReal is garbage.
Burning ~800 DVDs..... you is crazy. I still place the money you spent on all that at around $2-3k at the least.
Oh god........ I watched that as a kid, and I'm a guy. What was wrong with me?
*HAI GUYS, NAME ME THIS OLD CARTOON. It involved magicians who used something to transform, where the main character is female, and at the end of the show they always show her real life self doing a magic trick. The bad guys were a guy and a girl who can combine into a 2-headed dragon.

That's how I got most of my DVDs. The other 20%, I either bought legally on the web, or ..in stores. Though the ones I bought were like... LOLlovehina, and whatever. Just for fun. If I get only a portion of episodes on a DVD, I'm usually irked. So I always have a complete 'season' of a certain anime, or an entire collection. YYH & FMA, I have the entire thing on sets of DVDs.
Proud to say, Escaflowne was the first anime series I obtained by using this method.
