Since God, the "personification" of antimatter, and essentially the human spirit have been covered in Generation 4... the last thing that occurs to me is matter and energy themselves. That's right: a legendary Pokemon that embodies the idea of matter itself at its rawest; and it turns out everything in the Pokemon world is made of this. That's right: we're all made of Pokemon. Oh hey- and how about a spiral-shaped Pokemon that embodies energy and willpower?!
Actually, to be honest; have they tried Pokemon themed on darkness and light? That could work, but in case it has already been done, please let me know as soon as you can. It's not out of the question either; it's never been like that every new legendary HAS to be to be on higher proportions than the prior.
