I wonder what they are going to write in response to my rebuttal. That response to you actually doesn't sound like a copy pasta template from their how-to-customer-service guide. Now back to the collective think tank, since Nexon doesn't have a clue.

Speaking of which, when the last major hacking epidemic occurred (power guard and no-delay) there was plenty of evidence in the form of forums online sharing the codes and tricks of the trade. I've been scanning the web for any tracing of new hacking sites, but have yet to have found anything that could be brought back to Nexon as proof that there is something going on.

This leads me to various train of thoughts that I want scrutinized: a.) if the breech were real, it only would be in the hands of a few, who won't release the source in order to continue their advantage. b.) there is information available online, but it is either in terminologies I'm unfamiliar with or a foreign language. c.) there is no breech, Nexon was right all along, and we're imagining everything, creating fear, uncertainty, and doubt for no reason.
