Training Reference For All Magicians

since red wyverns were "good" enough to be a training spot all the way to 15x as i blindly suggested many months ago, blizzard at harps might as well be also; it's faster and more money. though anywhere besides newties for an i/l is comes down to how much you like the training place because it's so slow compared to newts.

i did most of my late 13x at harps because newties just are trashed with level 8x people who only uses 2 monsters out of the whole map designed for 4th job training.
