Does the flame damage % hit during the WHOLE damage over time, or is that the damage that hits every time interval?
What are these skill balancing changes I'm hearing about? Are they confirmed for GMS?
I cannot stress enough how nice homing is at bosses. It's a godsend at HH, which is an awsome boss for outlaws. For the time being I suggest wind raiders untill at least 80+ with your current build you could go too stuff like time temple after that. the % damage I have dont really have a clue about too bad
. it doesn't seem like a % of the hp either but I guess you should ask someone who knows it about that. The skill balance changes can be checked in a thread fiel made in the training center I think. It includes a lot of awsome stuff for the outlaw class. Better flamethrower, ice splitter, recoil shot, double shot, rapid fire, basically a massive update. They aren't confirmed yet for GMS as far as I'm concerned. I've too sleep now (is dutch) but I'l tryl too help you more in the future.
