Well, everybody else seems to think that 1 point is useless.
And, no, no idea where I'm gonna train. This is my main, and I was just gonna figure it out as I go. This build seemed to be forming in my head, so i posted it to get some feedback and see if it was good.
Does the flame damage % hit during the WHOLE damage over time, or is that the damage that hits every time interval?
What are these skill balancing changes I'm hearing about? Are they confirmed for GMS?
