Edited to take out early octo and cooling, and adding 1 point of homing instead.
off topic: wtp was nexon thinking when they made homing? it doesnt even get any better as the lvls go up, yet they require lvl 30...

does octo need to me maxed before splitter? (This is my main, so ive had no experience with high leveled training spots
Edit @ above, does flame--> freeze still keep the fire damage over time, or does it stop once the freeze hits?
