i wonder what they mean by general maintenance, perhaps fixing glitches such as pirates inability to get cannon, or dare i dream to fix the whole hacking ordeal? just got back into MS, dont want to have hacking ruin it for me.

As for 'General Matienence', it doesn't really mean jack shit. It's just their weekly maintenance.
