My account was hacked on 12/01 and my ticket was closed instantly. So I filed a BBB report a few weeks ago and their response was that I filed it under the wrong category and to resubmit it under the "Accounts" category. So I did that and I was given the generic "we'll look into it" response and the ticket was escalated. That's where my ticket stands as of right now.
