I sure hope this doesn't mean every time you quit game, it completely exits instead of bringing you back to the login screen. What a pain in the ass it'll be to switch characters.

If it's like KMS switching between char from the same account is easy/faster as quitting the game, bring you back to the char or world selection can't remember. But yeah switching account is gey, that why lot of people in KMS use the GameLauncher.exe as it behave the same way our client do right now.
