No response to my bbb complaint as of yet. Though they apparently have 7 more days to give one. (it says to allow 2 weeks for response). Tho that 2 weeks started officially a week after I submitted it and a month after the issue. I'm not holding my breath for anything to come of it. Hell i've been trying to put a ticket in for over a month and they've not touched it yet. In this day and age, how that's considered acceptable customer service is beyond me. (which was really the genesis of my bbb complaint anyway)
