Equip stats aren't as much of a problem because they're similar for these classes. I think BM, MM and Corsair are all within 5 of the equip's level in stat requirements, and NLs have 40 more. Most of the high-end equips are common to the different classes anyway. So it's just a matter of taking off 35-40 luk from the NL, which is at these levels only maybe a 5% difference or less in the value of a single stat.
Attack varies a lot more, like you have 69 NL to 108 MM (low) which is a 56% increase. Or 129 to 177.3 on the high level equips, still a 37% difference. So an extra 10 attack to one class is as good as 14-16 to the other.
