I'm not surprised, and I am rather aware of this too, but only in my local area. One of my friends has a girlfriend, they both have '2' kids... My friend is about my age, he's 21 to be exact. His girlfriend is about the same.. I've known of other guys that has impregnated their girlfriends or dates as well, in my area. It's pretty common here, nothing I'm too surprised of. But yeah, the rates are going higher imo.
