It doesn't look like they're lying AT ALL. To me, it's actually not on their end. There must be SOMETHING which the hacked people did which made them get hacked. And I'm not talking about keyloggers. I'm talking about giving out e-mails which are linked to the account, or personal information such as birthday. THAT can be the way the hackers have hacked so many people. They probably found a way to get the rest of the account information through that. Even if.. well, that would probably require access to their database, falling under the "their fault" category. But hey, what if hackers found a way to access the database.. without fully accessing it? There got to be a way they're using which Nexon can't notice.. maybe a way to retrieve the information from the database without leaving traces.. I don't really know.
Oh, if only we knew HOW they're doing it.. hopefully I won't get hacked. I really hope that.
I'm sorry for anyone who got hacked.. hopefully you'll get your stuff back guys, even if I doubt it, sadly. The only way for Nexon would be doing a rollback, which I doubt they're going to perform. They never give back items like that.
I like the rule I have seen on another forum, if you don't have the time to read a post then don't respond to it. 35 or 36 pages may be alot to read, but there is plenty of information to inform you as to what is going on if you would read it.
You sound like Eos before he got hacked. You sounded like some of my buddies before they got hacked. I'M GOING TO TALK IN CAPS FOR A BIT SO YOU MORONS GET IT THROUGH YOU HEADS AS TO WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON. PEOPLE ARE GETTING HACKED LEFT AND RIGHT THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN. I DON'T CARE IF NEXON DOESN'T BELIEVE THEY AREN'T AT RESPONSIBILITY. THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY THAT JUST INTRODUCED A NEW PATCH WITH A SUPER ATTACK BUFF THAT ANY THREE YEAR OLD COULD SNEAK OUT OF THE PQ. ANYONE WANNA GO SOLO ZAKUM WITH ME? IT WILL TAKE US FIVE MINUTES. WHY SHOULD WE GIVE NEXON ANY CREDIBILITY WHATSOEVER?

HE CAN TELL YOU THAT HE HAS THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED HIS SYSTEM AND THEIR IS NO SIGN OF ANY OUTSIDE INTERFERENCE (SOMETHING YOU WOULD KNOW IF YOU WOULD READ THE POST FIRST). IF IT WAS JUST ONE PERSON I COULD LIVE WITH IT, BUT ITS LITERALLY ONE PERSON AFTER ANOTHER AFTER ANOTHER AFTER ANOTHER. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMMERS AND THEY CAN'T PINPOINT HOW THEY GOT HACKED. THEY DIDN'T THINK THEY COULD GET HACKED. THEY WERE JUST AS SKEPTICAL AS YOU ABOUT NEXON HAVING A LEAK, BRAGGING ABOUT "HOW THEY COULDN'T BE HACKED". MY GUILD IS ALMOST EMPTY NOW, ALMOST THE ENTIRE GUILD HAS BEEN HACKED AND MANY HAVE QUIT PLAYING. WHO KNOWS HOW LONG, TEMPORARY, PERMANENTLY. SOME CANT LOG BACK ONTO THEIR CHARACTERS BECAUSE THE PIN WAS CHANGED AND THE FREE EMAIL THEY SET THE GAME UP WITH IS NO LONGER ACTIVE.
Ok, enough with the caps. Nexon has zero credibility. Remember Baghdad Bob? Well, let me introduce you to Badhdad Hime. They are either flat out lying or flat out stupid, and unfortunately I am afraid it is the latter. They have a serious problem on their end whether they would like to admit it or not, and I admit that I am not really upset with you, its the response Himes made denying that Nexon is at fault, asking people to submit tickets. HEY NEXON, DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT A TICKET IS. DO YOU GUYS EVEN PAY SOMEONE TO READ THOSE THINGS.
I don't really even play anymore. Simply the idea that everything I have worked for can be taken away in an instant because Nexon has crappy security has me looking for something else.
