I agree with what Stereo has suggested but my main concern is still communication.
Here's a good example of what I want to see from Nexon, it's from Dragonica Online concerning a tiny issue.

This is just a tiny unimportant issue in the grand scheme and look at how much effort they put into reassuring players they cared. This makes Nexon look awful.
