I see. Yeah, for some reason, I noticed my NoCashGBA emulator, or any other emu started lagging too with Windows Updates. But if I disable all of the updates, emulators runs fine on this laptop. I assume it's internal-conflict, or the updates are preventing something. Either that OR the last possibility would be that Vista is taking up too much memory, which IS true, but I don't see how small ass updates could mess up my laptop that bad.
