I completely fixed it. I just used a back-up my father had on my laptop, which dated back to over 3 years ago when I first had my computer. So it restored it back to ALMOST brand-new factory default settings, except with programs/softwares that my father had on my laptop. Of course, I played MS. It was fine. After installing Windows Updates and letting EVERYTHING updates again, I noticed same problem.. which is why I then used system-restore to go back a couple days ago, before all of the updates. I disabled all of my windows-updates, and it's fine.
Vista 32-bit, btw.
Ohh... My desktop computer was laggy when it came out of the box. F4
