I'm almost a 120 F/P Archmage now, I currently am in doubt on what to upgrade next.

I'll list the equips I'll be using when I reach 120 since I already have them:
Note: I have 9 base luk and about 53 luk total with equips, so I'm using level 50 makered stuff.

15/15/15/15 zhelm
22/22/22/22 HTP
30 int, 1 luk dark calas
13 int, 7 matk black pennance
9 int green gold-wind shoes
2 int clean maple magician shield
6 int 7 matk purple adventurer cape
4/4/4/4 Red Belt (i have around 10k dojo points, i'll get around to the black belt some time)
Quest Medal
2nd Lillin's Ring
96 matk 6 int Ewand1

I'm saving up for an ewand5 for when I'm 130 but I'd like to know what else to invest in the future.
Perhaps scrolling a shield and buying a better cape...

Uh, get some earrings? Upgrading cape would give you 5 extra, unless you want to spend insane amounts for something better. I say if you're able to 2 hit skeles or something then just save up for training and upgrade for when you are close to 1 hitting.
