I know for sure DualReaver and Katie have gotten one.. or both of the WorldEnd and Bloody Rose chairs from Gachapon awhile back. I think Mushroom Shrine or NLC.
..oh! I forgot that one Gift Box chair or whatever it's called. I've seen someone from Bellocan get it from NLC Gach.I might have a screenshot somewhere, but I doubt it. Nope, I never took a screenshot. . .
