Out of curiousity (I'm no expert on law), how well would Nexon's cop-out TOS hold up in court if an investigation was launched by the FBI on this issue?
I'm sure that something in there would fall under the UTCCR, which protects contract signers if the terms and conditions are completely unfair. If I asked you to sign a contract to give me a million dollars by 9:00 tonight and you did but didn't get me the money and then I tried to sue you for that money the case would be thrown out of court because the conditions are so completely one-sided and unfavourable. There's not a doubt in my mind that something in there would fall under this law.
