You just.. answered your own question. It was either that, or Triple Throw. You pick, bro. Sorry if I can't use skills that I don't any SP allocated into. That and I know 0 NLs that has more than 'lv 1' Taunt before lv 140.

Secondly. Taunt's damage, even when maxed, is such a joke. I'm surprised you implied people actually use Taunt as an actual attack. Then again, it would OHKO those monsters anyways. But I doubt you'll get past 3000 spamming Taunt. <_< It takes a couple seconds to use it, because of the 'animation'. GL2that, bro.
