Fire hydrant reactors at "Construction site north of kerning city" don't exist

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: For "Drought in Perion" you have to hit fire hydrant reactors at "Construction site north of kerning city". The new patch replaced the old map with the new one that has the new PQ in it, so now the hydrants don't exist.

Meaning i can't get my 12 str hat.
