We're not denying anything or being ignorant to the possibilities but keep in mind, possibilities are endless and the best (or the easiest) answer isn't always what is true. Believe me, we're as worried as you are and we want to get to the bottom of this.
Things do take a bit of time to fixing and that is because they really do take time. The iTCG card code issue lasted 8+ months. But the whole time we were investigating it and not out right ignoring it. I know we didn't say anything about it and we were at fault for that.
Again, we're not blaming our players. Let's examine all possibilities before jumping to a conclusions.
