Personally I always get 1 Assaulter at 70 just because the mobility is really useful (especially with the new buff to it), but your build is fine. The only reason to get 6 MG before was for the timer, so 1 should be fine now. PP is only so-so with max ME in 3rd job and pretty much useless at low levels, so don't bother.
I remember Gobies costing around 2m for 1m exp, but that figure may be off as no one bombs Gobies in GMS anymore.
