Dcing while trying to CC?

Sometimes when logging into the game, after i select a character and the game goes into a black screen it d/ces me instead of letting me on my character. I find that as annoying.

Both things have been happening to me tons since the last patch. ;___;
I can CC sometimes, but ARG.
