I have to say though, I'm fairly disappointed by the lack of response to this. It takes no longer than 20 minutes to fill out a detailed complaint and yet, judging by this topic, very few have done it. For those of you who have not, I have to ask why? You stand to lose nothing in filing a report and could potentially lose everything you've worked for if you don't.
