Well yeah, I understand why people are angry. Something really needs to be done about their customer service to make everyone satisfied, not just Nexon. While I do respect their ways of making profits for the company, I'm not satisfied when they neglect everyone the same way. Nexon just clumps everyone together as if they are all kids that gave out info to their accounts... In reality, we're smart enough not to do that, at least most of everyone I hope... But there are several people like real life friends, and mature people sort of thing that we wouldn't mind giving a thing for contact like an email address.
The info they tell us not to give is still pretty vague, and it's pretty much common sense before desire... As if Nexon tells us not to give any information at all like an e-mail address. I'm pretty much assuming they don't know what the purpose of an e-mail is much less telling us to give it out... We give them info like that to safeguard as well, but I take it they're not doing that too well...
Pretty much, Nexon just thinks everything they do and create is flawless. That auto ban system needs to be explained for one thing. My friends being banned for just having msn or winamp/media players is just ridiculous; so I'm not sure how they detect those as hacking,macro, or whatever programs...
