I was under the impression that snipe was actually 4 seconds in other versions of maplestory, particularly maplesea/kms/jms, etc.

On some skill updates thread I posted that we should get it static like sea for a real boost, and someone told me that theirs was screwy like ours.

Which versions of maplestory (if any) have snipe as a static 4/5 seconds?
