The same goes for you hendrix. Take your "elevated" ticket and make sure to note that it has been "elevated" for over two months now. Your issue seems to have occurred much earlier than all others but the fact that they haven't responded to you is still unacceptable.
Everyone else, please do what you can. This doesn't just have to be about the hacking issue, all other claims of negligence will work to prove to the BBB that Nexon isn't running their company in any manner that could be considered acceptable to their customers.
If anyone needs help with writing a report send me a PM with the information you have and I can and am more than willing to help you sort through it. If you've sent a report and don't want to say it for whatever reason please let me know. I just want to know that I'm not the only one who's serious about this.
ive had a "escalated" ticket that was finally resolved after a year. I posted comments without response every month, asking for updates, without luck. I wonder if i should send that in to the BBB.
