Will a 109att hellslayer outdamage a 97att karstan?

Also, are eclipses, hellslayers, red surfboards and zedbugs all the same speed? I see a lot of talk about fast(#) and slow(#) but really don't know anything about them...

idk about the karstan/hellslayer. In the data the speed for weapons is given a number, the higher the slower. There are Faster weapons, which all have a speed of 3 (Shinobi bracer is only one i can think of) Fast weapons, which either have speeds of 4 (most claws, daggers, lunchboxes/ red katana) or 5 (all Fast polearms, all knuckles and guns, most 1h swords). "Normal" is speed 6 only. "Slow" is speed 7 (eclipses, and i think red surfboards fall here) and speed 8 (Most slow PA's fall here, as do most spears). "Slower" is usually 9 and up. I should also mention that booster for most classes reduces the speed by 2, Arans lowers it by 3 at levels 15 and above. Speed infusion lowers it by 1 from levels 1-10 and 2 at levels 11 and up. Also, currently in GMS (and all other versions i believe) speed 2 is the highest you can go. Believe that would be Fastest, but as a weapon doesnt exist with that as its base speed, it doesnt really have a name.
