Maplestory makes it to the world records

I heard of this, but since when did the Guinness book of world records have a "first" category?

when right next to it it has "First International Criminal Court."
they can list the first of things, its a book of records, so why wouldnt they write down the first of things? First president, First atomic bomb to be used in militaristic warfare, first digital clock made, first gun produced by china, first time a man died from sex, etc etc.
