I'm thinking they're doing ths alphabetically, or using a certain algorithm that we're not seeing. Notice how not all LV200's are hacked? Why is it that they're targetting specific people, if this is the case. A guildie of mine thinks it's alphabetical, but if that's the case, it'd be by IGNs, which it isn't. We're also assuming it's alphabetical by IDs, which it also isn't. Last option would be by passwords. Then there's the rumors about the database-breach*, so no one knows for sure.
