Reid Hershel from Tales of Eternia has so many Hi-Ougis/Mystic Artes, he should be considered as broken:
-Burning Phoenix
-Quasi Seal (it's a Mystic Arte in this game)
-Aurora Wall
-Aurora Slash
-Aurora Wave
-Undulation of the Whirling Light*
-Omega Demon Chaos (also known as Wyrm Wrath, looks similar to Lloyd's Hi Ougi from ToS)
* = Sometimes, people consider that and Aurora Wave as one single Hi-Ougi
If counted seperately as that, Reid has 7 goddamn Hi-Ougis. FFFUUU---
I'm not even going to involve Stahn and Leon in this, especially if we're counting in remake-Destiny, omg... -shudders-
EDIT: Oh, as for Sophie, yeah, she does have quite a lot of Hi-Ougis.. I'm surprised they gave every character 2+ HiOugis in that game... >_> I'd have to say, either her's or Cheria's Hi-Ougis are the most flashy ones out of all the female characters in that game.
