Gezus Christ, you must be bad...since there's auto aim on the Xbox360, whichh really make longshots much easier.
Try using all the guns besides the fully automatic ones. For example, the FAL, if you unlocked it. These guns help you focus on your target before you fire. If you use the fully automatic guns you're more likely to just "spray and pray." When your aim gets better you can switch back.
Laser/holographic sights work well too.
Don't use Sniper rifles for a while...unless you're a total sniping geek (like me). You need to get the basics down first.
Plus, CoD isn't all about aim....employ tactics. Like don't run and gun. Take it slow and steady, but don't camp, since camping is just retarded. Try also ducking to the ground when someone fires at you. It's amazing the amount that they miss by. Also, you have stun grenades/flashbangs. Use them.
If you can't help it, then be a Knifer papayagot. You don't need to aim. Just run around, dodge, jump, and ninja people.
If you hate knifing, then be a noob tuber, although I personally hate them.
