I've done everything I could think of:
-Defragment
-Disk Cleanup
-Cleaned my registry a bit, and didn't touched stuff I wasn't knowledgeable in
-Changed my computer battery-settings to "Performance"
-Deleted a lot of files on my E: and D: drive that I didn't need
-Uninstalled a bunch of programs
And yet, I still lag on MapleStory. It's not your typical lag either. When I lag, every seconds or so, it's like.. missing FRAMES. I can hear the sounds, bgmusic, you name it. But if I'm on my NL, Bishop, Aran, whatever, and if I'm attacking, I'm missing frames, so it's hard to see what's happening at times. When this occurs, it happens for about anywhere from.. 30 seconds up to 2 mins or so. And it happens every 5 mins or so. It's very frustrating, and makes it incredibly hard to train or boss. I've played MS on my laptop before, and this never happened. Thinking about activating a back-up if nothing else works.
Specs for computer as well as information on my current Display Adaptor (and yes, I did checked, my display-adapter is updated):
Thanks if anybody can figure out a solution. I'll gladly show a list of my computer's current processes as well, if necessary.
