If you really want your NL video to stand apart from all of the others, drop your taste in music entirely and go for something that you would never see yourself training to/listening to. Wanna see a real MMV?

Just look at that. God damn. You know what the average Mapler would think when they feast their eyes upon a video like this? "lol look at dis lil shadower nub tryin to act all hard with that instrumental playin lil fegget", but then they see this level 160 Shadower annihilate the fuck out of that rock mass and they sit there staring in awe. It's like watching the trailer to a major motion picture. He did it. He killed Zakum.
The music means everything. If the music wasn't playing in the backround, I wouldn't like the video at all. It's just be another Zakum solo that nobody would care to watch. To make a successful MMV, you gotta play is safe like my bro CK and have an instrumental playing throughout your entire video. Why would anyone want to watch your video if they hate listening to a female singer that they can't even understand? Or even an english male singer? Everybody's so picky about the way a vocalist sounds, the only way to play it safe is to go full instrumental.
Here's what I'm talking about. I've kept this song to myself for years, and plan on using it in the MMV I'll eventually create. Being the nice guy I am, I'll share it with you.
Spoiler
Listen to the entire song, and just imagine a MMV playing along with it. It fits every single Maple situation I can think of. It has it all. The light, the heavy, the HARDCORE. What does that electronica song have to it other than the same keyboard and guitar playing little wimpy solos with each other for an entire five minutes?ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
