Granted - by a blind and limbless army veteran using voice recognition technology. Wish has nothing to target, so it goes to the graveyard.
Said veteran is pulled out of time-haxing hammerspace, of course.
On that note, I wish for my own personal hammerspace in which I can store useful items and instantly retrieve them at a later time.
