I don't believe they have hammers in KMS, nor White Scrolls (at least it wouldn't make sense if they did), however I could be wrong. But after staring at the Kara Aran videos and her gear, while a lot of it is comparable to what we have in GMS, our gear is a lot more easily obtained. For instance, she has two 7atk pendants, but she needed to purchase an extra slot to wear it and had to pay probably much more than the average MoN price. She also has some crazy stat gear (like 16-18 str pants, 7 str earrings, a multitude of stat rings, etc), but is lacking in attack gear, like the FS and PACs that we take for granted.
I have no idea how representative she is of the "godly" KMS community, but just in comparison to the 16x characters that we see in GMS, it seems like they have to work a lot harder to get the same general level. On average, then, GMS has much better gear. Not to mention the crazy gear the GMSers can attain, but never mind.
