My childhood was sort of ...f'ucked up, well, sorta. Not as bad as some people here. I was.. unusually aggressive younger.
4th grade: A kid on the bus wanted to sit 'away' from the window, of course, this kid was in 2nd or 3rd grade. He kept pushing me around every time he gets on the bus, he then called me Chinese. The next thing I knew, I stood up, and POPPED him one right in the eye. His right eye swelled up and it turned dark-purple, yes, I gave the kid a black-eye. He was so scared of me. He didn't even report it to the principal. After punching him, I said "What now, b'tch."
5th grade: This one girl I liked, her name was Rachel. I saw her walking in the hallway. Even as a 5th grader, I already gained the mind of a pervert. I walked up to her, and with my right hand, grabbed her behind and copped a feel. She turned around, raised her eyebrow, and said "Eh, but you're just being Khoi. I know how you are. I don't take this seriously.", so I just raised my eyebrow at her and smiled.
6th grade: Fights, fights, fights, lots of it. Couldn't get along with some students. Locker room, got into a fight with a black kid. Of course, I didn't know karate at the time, but by watching so many Jackie Chan movies and MMPR, I figured I could try. This kind called me racial-slurs, so I got up, knee'd him in the balls. He then RAGED and started running up to me, trying to pin me down. A bunch of white guys who happened to be close classmates at the time grabbed the kid, and stopped him from punching me. this was later reported tothe principal, and I remembered getting ...3 detentions for it. I also skipped various classes, and got tons of detentions for it. Also remember coming in late to class, got in a sh'tload of trouble. What was I doing with my time? Hitting on the girls or playing cards upstairs, or even games.
7th grade: YUGIOHHHHH~. This was when I started playing YuGiOh. Got into a fight with two black kids (at this point, I moved to another town). They both ganged up on me, and of course, I knocked one of them in the stomach, but the other one grabbed me from behind by the arms. So I couldn't budge. the other black kid wanted revenge, so he hit me in the guts as hard as he could. The next thing I remembered, I was in pain, and I blacked-out for a couple mins. When I awoke, the kids were gone. I then had to walk 5-10 mins home up a hill. Not fun.
8th: My bestfriend was Wade. He's this tall muscular white guy that I hang out with. Of course, he went to my house every day, and we'd eat ramen or something.. oriental. Afterwards, we'd watch Digimon on TV or played Digimon Rumble Arena on the PS1. Sometimes, we'd talk about girls or played MediEvil II or Digimon World 3. Good times. Best year in Middle School. He of course, had a girlfriend, I did not. Rather envious. I also remember going to his house at times too, I met his little sister, Brittany. She was quite fond of me, she was in 6th grade at the time though. I remembered walking in on her room, and seeing her ...mostly undressed, let's just put it at that. She screamed and told me to shut the door. Oops? Good times!
9th grade: Moved yet again. This time, I was in a really sh'tty town. African Americans everywhere, note, I'm not racist, I've just had bad experiences with them more than white folks at the time. Anyways, here's when sh't turned WRONG. I started hanging around gamers that did drugs. I of course, refused to smoke anything. At this point, every day going home was pretty much a can of beer. I sorta started dressing really goth.. except I prefered camou pants.
10th: I looked like Neo 60% of the days in school. Imagine what Neo from the Matrix looks like, yeah, that's me.
11th: Normal back again, I moved. This time, I had a small group of friends. I didn't want friends. But I had them. .... During lunch, I'd purposely go somewhere else, because I can't stand people.
12th: I was the coolest Asian guy in High School at this point. I've made myself known by being obnoxiously lazy, like sleeping in class most of the time, yet still passing most of my classes with a B or higher. My friends grew fonder of me, we played "Dead or Alive 2" (remake) on the Xbox every day before lunch, and sometimes after in the library. We would get 2 controllers, and 1 Xbox. I would win the majority of the matches because I've BEEN playing DoA for a while. My mains were Hitomi and Kasumi (guess how I got the IGN "Kasuhitomi", ring a bell?). At this point, I also became more confident of myself, don't know what happened, probably because I started to let people in on my life. I had people to talk to. However, one time while on the bus, this kid called me a "Chink", so I said "Excuse me?". Note that this kid was like in 7th grade.. and I'm in 12th, we share school-buses even if they're in Middle School because my school's sorta messy.
He said "Yeah, chink.", and I said nothing "...". Next thing you know, I stood up, walked to where he sat, grabbed him by the neck-collar, and slammed his back against the bus-window as HARD as I could. The kid looked like he was about to piss his pants and cry. I said "One more time? I couldn't hear you.", and he didn't say anything. I let him down, and punched him in the chest, though not a hard punch. He fell down, and almost cried. As soon as his bus-stop got off, he ran out as fast as he could. The next couple times when he saw me, he didn't even want to make eye-contact, as I would continually glare at him and watch him as he got onto the bus. Kid never messed with me again. Everybody on the bus who witnessed that sorta made a "O_O" face expression as they saw what happened. Fun times.
Also, forgot to mention what made me popular. During Gym class, we were playing tag-football. Our gym classes are f'cked up, there would always be fights every week . . . Crazy. This one BIG latino guy that played football was acting like he's a bigshot. So I got kinda irked by it. Of course, me sitting there on the bleachers eating a bunch of candy made it worse. After consuming so much, I got really hyper.
So anyways, he got the football at one point, and I was called back by coach, so I'm on the field, k? And suddenly, I dashed and hi-jump-kicked him in mid-air. .. right on the chest. He fell ... back really far and slammed against the wall. Me thinking "Oh crap, what did I just do, dood.", I started looking around the gymnasium. Everyone looked at me like I just pulled some kind of THE MATRIX sh't, which I did.. out of nowhere. The big latino kid got up and started chasing me, he said "YOU BETTER F'CKING WATCH YOURSELF, KID, I'LL F'CK YOU UP." I raised my eyebrow at the guy and shrugged. Of course, I slowly walked away.. and then ran for my life.
Weeks before graduation, during the last day of school, me and my friends came to school. We set up a BBQ grill in the 'middle' of the school, yes, srs. Behind the library was a SMALL open area with chairs. We set up a grill there, several picnic tables, and we had a feast to congratulate ourselves. My friends picked me up at 7 AM in the morning, my mom had made a HUUUUGE pot of fried rice. Zach, being the goof he is, opened the lid and took a goof whiff of the rice. So when we all got to the school, we ate.. quite a lot. I remembered having lamb-legs for lunch that day. Even Kim Chi made by my friend, and he isn't even Asian.. He made great Kim Chi. . . UHHH... yeah.
At graduation, all of us threw our caps upwards as we graduated. I was one of the many. As I got out afterwards, my dad looked at me and said "You're an idiot". Of course, depressed by this, I didn't say much. My friends asked "What's wrong?", so I told them what happened. One of my friend, Zach, said his father is the same, so I had someone that understood. After High School, everything changed. . . . I felt more confident in myself, though, albeit, still lazy as ever. I started drinking more, it became a habit when I got depressive. But I'm more friendly and myself around people. I learned how to be myself more and still be able to socialize with others. Regardless if I'm "known" by people or not, I try not to make a big deal out of it and just start conversations if I think it'd get interesting.
College days: I got interested in computers. After being a moderator on some forums, and an admin in a LOLforum, I ended up getting really interested at this point. Took CIS: Computer Networking, don't regret it, I like it. But it's ridiculously hard.. Best friend was Steve, we go to the same classes at times, but he majors in Forensics. We do different stuff, but yeah, we'd go to Taco Bell every day after classes are over, or to Mc Donald's, jajaja. We'd pay for each other's meals at times too, we were the best of buddies, no joke. He played WoW, while I played MapleStory at this time. At this point, I started hacking the school's computer-lab for fun, because it wouldn't ever save my settings, pissed me the f'ck off whenever I logged off. F'ckers.
PS: My life is comparable to Yusuke Urameshi (from Yu Yu Hakusho), except I'm lazier, and I don't really enjoy fights as much.
