And about your problem, if you can't think about what to say, don't say anything, that works for me, let the other people lay the subject and follow it, rather than force your way with your random words, might not be the most talkative person around this way, but at least you aren't annoying other people.
Slowly you might just reorder your ideas and judge faster what you're going to say is ok or not.
