Oh my god, racking up a combo in the tutorial of Aran is freaking annoying. Not only do you have a slow pole arm without booster, and you aren't aided by combat step to close in omn enemies, but your Aran also seems to simply "freeze up" random;y in the middle of the combo and stops attacking. No, it isn't the anti-bot limit, I move around the map a lot to prevent that, and if you rake dfamage then it resets the anti-bot limit. Your Aran just...stops...for no reason. I thought it was lag at first and changed to a different channel, but no, it was the same. I thought it was the server lagging and got on my normal Aran, only to find that I can combo perfectly fine, even using a slow unboostered weapon. It was annoying, but I certainly didn't "freeze up".

What the hell is up with that?

Probably the way the map is made. I recently found out that skills intentionally lag in HTs prelim heads cave unless you use rush to get to the very edge of the platform, so it's probably something similar.
