I recently got asked by my mother to put a timelock on my PC, which I, the good boy I am 
, am willing to do. The problem is that I do not know how. Are there some good methods out there (digital solutions only, physical won't do the trick) the make my computer shut down for a period of time, like 01:00 AM to 07:00 AM? If you know a solution, or have written some sort of program for this yourself, please post it here.
